Serban Ionescu nació en Ploiesti, Rumania. Vive y trabaja en Nueva York.

Estudió arquitectura. Fundó la galería Gestarc y es socio-fundador de The Objectionists, un colectivo multidisciplinario de diseño.

Estará en The Harbor del 17 de mayo – 25 de mayo de 2010 y se ofrecerá una charla abierta al público general el 19 de mayo de 2010 de 6:30pm – 9:00pm.

A one hour talk lecture plus questions.

The first part will focus more on the social and community oriented approach to how one can built its own House, this example will be sustained via images, drawings and words of our house that we built together. What sets its apart from any other house, its pros and cons, its construction and design process, etc. An in depth look into the ‘House’.
